Initial
Consultation
First step of a new garden design is an onsite visit. This initial consultation
is at no cost to you. It enables us to get a feel for the garden space
and an understanding of your requirements. Following this visit we put
together a quote based on our discussions. If you then wish to proceed
we make a further onsite visit to discuss your garden in depth and conduct
a garden survey.
Garden survey
Depending on the size and gradient/s of your garden, it may be possible
for us to survey (measure) your garden ourselves. With larger gardens
we contract in a local Topographical Surveyor. The garden survey plots
all the boundaries, permanent structures and features/plants you wish
to keep and provides us with the canvas on which to create your garden
plans from. We also note all environmental factors that make your garden
a unique space and test your soil fertility and structure.
Garden Design Plan
Hand drawn and rendered, these plans are fully scalable and plot all necessary
details pertaining to your new garden layout.
Planting Plan
Hand drawn and to scale these plans plot exactly what plant goes where
and how many.
Project Management
Once you've received your plans you may want help with locating a Landscape
Contractor to carry out the necessary ground works. In addition you may
want the whole process project managed - we can help with both.
Plant Supply & Planting
We are able to offer plants for you new garden
at around 25% less than garden centres.
Many
clients enjoy planting up their new garden themselves using our easy to
follow planting plans, if this isn't for you, we can plant up your garden.
